Reality consists only of two types of information: data about past events and ideas concerning future possibilities. A single thought or feeling represents both aspects simultaneously.

Every problem stems from incorrect perception. Perception becomes distorted due to inadequate processing. The solution lies in recognizing our subjective perceptions as conditioned rather than unconditioned, accurate rather than inaccurate.

Being human means having free choice between alternatives within the context of values inherent in existence. In other words, consciousness chooses among options based on how they fit within one’s personal value system.

There is little difference between knowing something and forgetting it. Knowledge resides in the subconscious but disappears rapidly if attention shifts elsewhere. This causes us to forget much more frequently than we remember anything.

Forgiveness transforms selfish desires into loving actions. Selfish desires are rooted in misperceptions of relative permanence. Forgiving others restores peace because suffering diminishes over time.

Just looking at the sky makes the mind happy. People think happiness results from acquiring material possessions. But real inner satisfaction occurs whenever one achieves mental clarity and emotional stability.

Since each person interprets life differently, there is no reason why everyone cannot experience fulfillment. Everyone can find meaning and purpose wherever they live.

If you were only here, then whatever you did wouldn’t make sense because nothing could cause you to exist.

Humans often use logic to argue against feelings, even though logic doesn’t work unless your feelings support it.

Feeling pain motivates you to act so that pain won’t recur. So don’t suppress pain; instead, try to figure out what caused it and correct it accordingly.
